Project Note
A load-bearing black metal profile frame was set up on this wall; each opening within it was filled either with a marble-patterned panel or a backlit opal surface. The large book-matched panel in the central section was cut so that the veining runs symmetrically. An LED strip along the base of the unit spreads light across the polished floor, making the wall appear to float.
